These Terms of Service govern your use of sharpsprayfoam.com and the services provided by Sharp Spray Foam LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
We install open cell and closed cell spray foam insulation for homes, attics, roof decks, walls, floors, crawl spaces, pole barns, shops, and commercial and metal buildings. We also sell UPC spray foam systems wholesale to contractors. We serve Springdale and the rest of Northwest Arkansas.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are free and are based on the information available at the time they are given. An estimate is not a binding contract. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued, because spray foam material prices change through the year; an estimate older than 30 days is refreshed before work is scheduled. Final pricing, scope, materials, and timeline are confirmed with you before work begins. Changes requested after that may affect price and schedule.
3. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale pricing for spray foam systems is quoted per order because material prices change. A wholesale quote is not a binding order until we confirm it with you. Pickup is in Springdale; delivery is available by arrangement.
4. SMS Terms & Conditions
Program. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Sharp Spray Foam LLC about your estimate request, project scheduling, appointment reminders, and occasional promotional offers.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any goods or services from us.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START or submit the form again.

Workmanship and material warranties, where offered, are set out in your written agreement or confirmed quote. Photographs show previously completed projects and are illustrative; results vary by building, foam type, and conditions.
